Omniscan MX et Logiciel Tomoview
OmniScan MX from Olympus is a modular and portable phased array ultrasonics device. It offers NDT services in:
- Welding inspection using sector images (S-Scan).
- Manual and semi-automated corrosion mapping with determination of remaining pipe thicknesses.
The use of this equipment with a motorized scanner offers a solution for the complete inspection of welds. The inspection time can be reduced significantly by combining TOFD and phased array techniques in the inspection of all types of materials.
