Development of an Intelligent Diagnostic System and Innovative Approaches for Rotating Machinery

In an industrial context undergoing profound transformation, predictive maintenance plays a crucial role in ensuring equipment performance and safety. This project aims to develop an intelligent diagnostic system for rotating machinery, integrating innovative approaches based on vibration analysis and artificial intelligence. This technological combination will enable the proactive detection, localization, and classification of mechanical system faults, while promoting increased interconnectivity of industrial processes.

Thanks to recent advancements, this project seeks to reduce maintenance costs by optimizing the balance between preventive and corrective upkeep, to monitor machines in real time, and to quickly adjust maintenance strategies. The solutions developed will be tailored to the specific needs of Algerian industry, thus supporting its transition towards more efficient practices.

The project is structured around the development of embedded systems and advanced digital methods for the acquisition and processing of vibration signals. The integration of artificial intelligence will enable proactive and intelligent management of machine health, thereby offering innovative solutions to optimize industrial processes.
