Attaching Siderurgy and Metallurgy Research Unit (URASM) to the CSC

The CSC had to expand its infrastructure andwiden its work on research units to cover many areas. So, the centre General Directorate attached the Siderurgy and Metallurgy Research Unit (URASM) according to the Decree N.O. 23 of April 4th, 2006with the expansion of its operations and its field of intervention. In fact, Siderurgy and Metallurgy Research Unit (URASM) was created in Annaba in 2005 and was specialized in the field of steel and metallurgy especially developing new products, processing specific systems and technologies for iron and steel. After attaching this Unit to the CSC the human potential of this latter increased to a total of 198 employees.
