The CSC as a Scientific and Technical Public Establishment

After three years of activity in the field of scientific research, particularly, in developing welding techniques and NDT, CSC researchers and technical support staff had acquired considerable knowledge and expertise in the field of scientific research and technological development thanks to the materials thatthe directorate of the centrehad provided and all its personal efforts that had been made to satisfy the criteria of transition to Scientific and Technical public establishment (EPST) which took place according the decree N.O 03-461 of December 1st, 2003.
