The Mining and Metallurgy Research Unit (URMM–CRTI) organized the 1st Workshop on Ore Processing Technologies – Special Edition on the Iron Ore of Gara Djebilet (W2TM2025), which took place on December 1–2, 2025.
This event aimed to bring together researchers and industry experts to discuss innovative methods for characterizing, enriching, and valorizing Gara Djebilet iron ore. The workshop highlighted new technological approaches, promoted scientific collaboration, and supported sustainable industrial development in Algeria.
